Welcome to our challenge, firstly the team and myself would like to say thank you for all your gorgeous inspiration in challenge 189, and also your lovely comments, we do so love hearing from you.

I can not thank you all enough for the wonderful comments on the good things because of the lockdown, you have brightened every day with your positivity, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Another Chance to win

So I am going to offer another 3 unbranded dies, and have added a small stamp set to both this prize and the previous one.

This time please tell me something you have missed by being in lockdown, again the prize will be open to everyone wherever in the world you are.

The winner of the prize (chosen by Random generator) is

Maxine - kiwimeskreations

Well, one positive is that this Grandma has learnt how to use Google Hangouts to chat with some of my Grandies!! My other greandies usually do a 'ride by' and chat over the front fence a couple of times a week. I am feeling so treasured by my family as they take care of me. I am basically in isolation, due to my age and asthma, and they have done all my shopping etc for me for over 4 weeks now.
I also had a neighbours child give me a bunny shaped Easter card, and she wrote on the concrete at my front gate "I love you", with a rainbow. I was so touched.
Stay safe
Blessings
Maxine

  1. Thank you very much for choosing my card as one of the Top 3.

Congratulations to all the winners, Top 3 and honourable mentions.

I am in the UK and the over 70's should stay indoors as much as possible to keep them from the virus. I do the shopping for my MIL and she said the highlight of her week is seeing me when I drop off her shopping. I miss the simple act of being able to hug her when I leave. As the weeks go by it gets harder and harder and actually brings a physical lump to my throat when I say goodbye to her.

Keep safe and well everyone xxx

  3. Back again! Something I've missed by being in lockdown is our daily trip to the post office to pick up our mail and to the corner store for hubby's cup of coffee. We live in a small rural area so it was nice to talk to the people in both of these stops as it was a meeting place. Now we're only allowed out once a week here, for necessities only. I really miss my family as well, but I didn't see them very often before the lockdown as they don't live nearby. Really looking forward to having all of this behind us.

  4. As my husband and I are both considered to be in the upper age bracket, we are coping OK, still able to go to shops, doctors etc. But, what we are both missing is the interaction we have with strangers when out walking with our little dog. All we get nowadays is a nod.

  5. Something I've missed by being in lockdown is spending time with family and friends, walking around the shops, having lunch with friends.
I miss going out without mask like before Corona virus.
    Hugs to all, Valerija

  7. I miss church!! We haven't been able to go since before March 15th and I miss seeing everyone there.

  8. I am desperately missing time with friends, going out for lunch or a day of shopping. For that matter, I miss shopping in general... not necessarily buying, but browsing the aisles of Hobby Lobby or Tuesday Morning! I'm in GA and our shelter at home order has expired but I'm still not willing to take unnecessary chances yet.
