Challenge #282 Make It Masculine

 Good morning!

Can you believe we are in May already - and we still seem to be having those April showers!! I am definitely ready for the summertime to arrive.

Our new challenge starts today which has the optional theme of *Masculine*. Any time of homemade project can be submitted for our challenge, and as always you are welcome to play along with Anything Goes. Our lovely sponsor for this challenge is Kit And Clowder, who do some amazing colouring classes, and she has even started providing a techniques class with the standard classes, just to get you thinking about how to create certain effects.

Kit and Clowder teaches beginner friendly online colouring classes for both markers and pencils. With a focus on helping you feel confident with your colouring, no matter what level you are at, and learn real art foundations that you can apply to any image. Check out the lessons and free colour charts today at www.kitandclowder.com, or visit our online community at www.facebook.com/groups/kitandclowder

This is the class that the DT have used for this challenge, however the new class is out today and this one has been retired, but every month there is a class that is designed to teach you the basics of colouring, from reflections in glass, or water, leather, fur. There are also some free classes so you can have a look and see if the style is for you. The images always come with both a fully drawn line image, and an image for no-lines colouring.

Here are the inspiration cards from the DT;
Heather used the pencils class with the motorcycle image

Leona used the ,markers class following instructions for Promarkers, and the bear in the air

Marjeta used the markers class with the aeroplane image

Tinz used an older image and classes, but will be sharing the pencils image for the reminder post (once she has had time to complete it).
Here is the teaser for the card using the class above (pencils with the no-lines motorbike bear)

Do join us using the linky below - and pop back on the 1st June to find out who the winners of the last challenge are!
